The Mac implementation of VBA has never been fully compatible with the PC version, and our understanding is that it is not going to be completely operational in Office 2016 for the Mac when it is released in October. My co-developer and I would like to adapt it for the Mac, but it is written in Visual Basic. It's offered for free as a public service in order to promote more intelligent data analysis.
